DESCRIPTION OF POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
		The Service Technician will perform hands-on field service support on site, provide technical service support to both internal and external customers, assist in the design of electrical cabinets and controls, and generally serve as a reference point for hands-on knowledge and experience with desiccant wheel products.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
		This person must have comprehensive product knowledge as well as project exemplary customer service as they will often interact directly with end user customers, installation contractors, site design engineers, as well as factory representatives. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of five (5) years experience in HVAC service or related industry.
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION:
		The qualified candidate will have excellent troubleshooting skills of electrical/ mechanical/ HVAC systems. The successful candidate will also have excellent hands-on electrical and mechanical ability. This position requires a self motivated individual able to work with little or no supervision.
OTHER INFORMATION:
		Refrigerant certification and controls experience a plus. Nationwide travel required 75-90% of the time, often on short notice.
